As we start to leave the dark days of winter behind, we can begin to look forward to the joys of Spring. And what a wonderful time of year to be getting married when there’s a whole host of beautiful Spring flowers to choose from. If you adore ranunculus, known as the rose of the Spring, well having your wedding at this time of year might be just perfect for you.
The Spring-inspired cake, pictured above, is made of three tiers of sumptuous lemon sponge and is covered in fluffy buttercream swirls. The cake has been finished with delicate hand-dyed silk ribbon by Heirloom Silks in a champagne colourway and is adorned with creamy, frilly Hanoi ranunculus with a touch of the palest pink.

How about this exquisite table arrangement by Leigh Chappell, brimming with Spring delights like the Mistral anemone. A tablescape full of flowers with touches of pink and gold creates a romantic and contemporary feel.
