Mentoring Guidelines

I’m so excited to be working with you. I’m looking forward to going on this journey together to grow your business and take it to another level. To make sure you can get the most out of working with me, I’ve shared some guidelines for the programme.

Be Ready and Start on Time

Prior to each weekly call, I will share a link to our Zoom call. Be prepared, gather what you need so that we can start on time. If you are late to begin the call, the call duration can’t be lengthened to account for it. And unfortunately, if you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the call, that session will have to be forfeited.

Please note that if you’re unable to attend a session, I will need 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a call. And if insufficient notice is given, there is the possibility that the call itself will have to be forfeited. For you to benefit from the programme, it’s important to have regular sessions in order to make significant progress and to be committed to the process. If you have to cancel your call at short notice, you can contact me on my mobile.

Holidays

Please provide as much notice as possible for your planned holidays so that the scheduling of your programme can be scheduled to maintain as much momentum as possible. I will ensure that my own holiday plans are taken into consideration for the programme scheduling.I will of course endeavour to accommodate your preferred dates, but this may not always be possible.

Payment

Please ensure that your payments are made in a timely manner. If payments are not received by their due date, this may cause disruption to the programme and impact your progress.

Commitment

In order for the programme to be successful and for you to benefit from real growth, it is important to give your full commitment to this mentoring programme for its whole duration. As your mentor, I will commit to you, and in return I request that you take accountability for the work you need to complete to reap the full benefit of this programme.

Keep in touch

I am available on WhatsApp so that you can keep updated on your progress. If you would like to share small successes or need support with obstacles, then I am available to support you. I will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays.

Pre-call Update

The day before each call, I would request that you provide an update on the progress you have made. This information can be submitted via a pre-call form that you will have access to up commencement of the programme. This will enable us both to arrive at the call, ready and prepared to keep moving forwards.

Privacy

As your mentor, I am committed to you and I can assure you that anything and everything we discuss will be kept confidential.
