I’m so excited to have received the photos for this beautiful wedding from the talented husband and wife photography team: Jacob & Pauline. There are so many gorgeous images, that I’ve had a hard time choosing my favourites to share with you. Soon after the wedding had taken place, back in June, I already blogged a short piece with my own photos – but I’m so thrilled that I can share the professional images with you now.
For this lovely couple, their wedding day started over at Orleans House Gallery, down the river in Twickenham. The Octagon room is a spectacular space to getting married in with its beautiful Baroque details.
Following on from the wedding ceremony, the couple, the bridal party and all the guests rode a boat down the river to Bingham Riverhouse! The reception took place in the garden rooms which open out onto the riverside terrace and beautiful English country gardens.
There was lots of prettiness for this wedding. Leigh Chappell created beautiful floral arrangements and a gorgeous bridal bouquet as well as pretty little bridesmaid’s posies. Inspired by Leigh’s loose and relaxed florals, I decorated the buttercream wedding cake with fresh flowers to reflect that laidback feel for a simple yet elegant look.
It was such a beautiful day, and I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of it by making a wedding cake for this lovely couple. I’ll share more images for you to see all the loveliness.
