This beautiful coastal shoot took place on the dramatic and sweeping coastline down at Lulworth Cove in Somerset. I grew up on the South coast of England and always long for the sea so it was wonderful to be involved in creating inspirational content for brides- and grooms-to-be who are looking to get married on the coast. Inspired by the Old World, destination wedding planners Willow & Oak pulled together an amazing team of wedding suppliers. Anneli Marinovich was our photographer, who has an almost ethereal quality to her images.
Those flowers by Alison from Bloomologie – all I can say is wow!!
I feel incredibly lucky that Ruffled blog have featured the editorial as destination wedding inspiration. You can read all the details over on Ruffled here and see plenty more photos. I’m just going to share a few more of my favourites here though.
And one more of the cake. Breathtaking photo against the backdrop of Lulworth Cove and just love those summery colours. The cake itself is a two tier buttercream cake painted in pale blue and ivory brushstrokes and embellished with pearls. To complete the look, the cake was decorated with rustic foliage and glimmering lunaria (honesty) to bring the coastal look together.
